A Larimer County plan for people to consummate court-ordered hours of service in the community.  Also known as Useful Public Service (UPS).

FAQs

  1. Y'all must offset complete an interview with a case manager at either the Fort Collins or Loveland offices.  The Fort Collins office is located at 2307 Midpoint Drive, Door #1, Fort Collins, CO.  The Loveland office is located at 810 Due east. 10th Street, Suite 140, Loveland, CO (east archway of the Loveland/Police/Courts building).  Interview hours are on a walk-in basis held on Mondays from 12:00 pm-4:00 pm, Tuesday-Fri 8:00 am-iv:00 pm.  Yous will need to bring your identification, court paperwork, and fee payment.

  2. In that location is a $100.00 fee.  You must pay this fee at your first meeting with your case manager.  A reduced fee is bachelor with proper documentation (call 970-980-2600, option 3 for more information).  A $20.00 fee will be charged if your case is reopened afterward being closed unsuccessfully.  Cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards are accepted.

  3. Community Service hours must be performed afterwards you meet with a instance manager.

  4. Community Service hours must be completed at a non-profit, tax supported, charitable based agency with a valid 501(c)(three) designation. You will be assigned to an agency by a case manager.

  5. Hours completed earlier coming together with a case manager will not be accustomed or credited to your instance.

  6. Phone interviews tin exist done if you live a long distance from our part in Fort Collins. Call (970) 980-2600, choice 3.

  7. You must first complete an interview with a case manager at either the Fort Collins or Loveland offices.  The Fort Collins part is located at 2307 Midpoint Drive, Door #1, Fort Collins, CO.  The Loveland part is located at 810 E. 10th Street, Suite 140, Loveland, CO (e entrance of the Loveland/Police/Courts building).  Interview hours are on a walk-in basis held on Mondays from 12:00 pm-4:00 pm, Tuesday-Fri 8:00 am-iv:00 pm.  You volition need to bring your identification, courtroom paperwork, and $30 payment.  A parent or legal guardian must be present at the interview.  If you are a ward of the state, or an emancipated pocket-sized, you must bring state documentation.

  8. Turn in your completed hours by the required borderline with four dissimilar options:

    • Plough hours in at the Community Service front desk Monday-Friday 8:00 am-four:30 pm.
    • After business hours, y'all can drop off your hours at the drib box located by the forepart door.
    • Email your hours to ASD-Customs-Service@larimer.org.
    • Fax your hours to 970-980-2610.

  9. If you do not speak English language, please bring an interpreter with yous to your interview; however, we do have interpreter services bachelor - if needed, please ask a staff member.
